About this space
Everything at Pousada Nova Holanda is simple and practical. The construction harmoniously incorporates fine woods and natural stone, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The units are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The space
The inn features 12 units arranged in a U-shape around a large swimming pool. The 3 smaller units have a double bed, and two of them also include a sofa bed. The 9 larger units feature a queen-size bed and a bunk bed in a small separate room. All units are equipped with a minibar and a fan.

We could not list all 12 units on Airbnb without creating 12 separate listings. Therefore, if this specific unit appears booked, it does not mean we are fully booked; please look for our other listings on Airbnb or book directly through our website.

Guest access
You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare simple meals. Guests also have access to the swimming pool and the living area.
500 Mbps fiber-optic internet.

During your stay
No one will wake you up at nine o’clock to clean your room; housekeeping is available upon request.
All rooms come with one fan; please bring an extra fan if your reservation is for 3 or 4 people.

Other things to note
*For the end-of-year period, I only accept reservations for 3 or 4 nights.
*Children up to 5 years old stay for free.
*In January, starting from the 4th, there is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
*During Carnival, I only accept reservations for 4 days.
